The Ham House in Jackson, New Hampshire, is a historic c. 1830 single-story cape located in the Dundee section near the Dundee Community Forest. Preserved by local volunteers and the Upper Saco Valley Land Trust, the remarkably intact farmhouse never had electricity or running water and was added to the state historic register in 2025.
