Late Fall Trails & Tales at Simone Preserve
Join us at Simone Preserve for a trail walk and talk led by Tony and Meg Simone.
Simone Preserve was donated to USVLT back in 2012 by the Simone brothers Tony, Eugene, and Gerald. It shares a boundary with the White Mountain National Forest and serves as small neighborhood trail network on Eagle Mountain Rd in Jackson, NH. The biologically diverse property is home to glacial eratics, steep slopes, and exposed ledges.
Tony and Meg will share stories about their connection to Simone Preserve along with its significance to local walkers, joggers, and skiers.
November weather is unpredictable, so please prepare by bringing layers, appropriate walking or hiking shoes, water and maybe a snack or two.
This event is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
