The Jackson Public Library is located at 52 Main Street. We are part of the town campus, right next to the town offices. JPL is situated on a lovely little hill with a large outdoor space including: a patio with a pergola, seasonal tent, gardens, and a year-round storywalk trail.
Jackson Community Church
Located in the heart of Jackson village, this historic New England church was built in 1847. Its front doors are open 24/7 to the public. The sanctuary includes an organ and piano and can seat up to 180 people. Additionally the building offers a contemporary annex withe spacious kitchen and large, carpeted function hall which can accommodate a maximum of 80 people or smaller groups for active events (such as fitness classes). Old Red Library
Old Red Library located on Main Street is owned by the town of Jackson and maintained by Friends of the Old Red Library. The building’s use and calendar is managed by the town administrative office. It is available for use by community groups for classes, programs, and events for small groups. For other uses, please contact the town office. Designed by famed architect William Ralph Emerson, this building served as Jackson’s Public Library from 1901 until 2010.
