Zentangle Drop-in at The Jackson Public Library

Tuesdays – 4-6 p.m.  May 12, June 9, September 8

Learn the basics of Zentangle, a meditative form of drawing using structured patterns that are easy to master.  Then expand the basics by creating your own library of “tangles” that will allow you to create unique and beautiful art.  At these informal, fun gatherings, participants will explore practices that make Zentangle a calming and centering practice. This program is free and  appropriate for people ages 15 and up. Basic materials will be supplied including Micron pens, Zentangle tiles, and shading materials.

Suggested extras:  Consider bringing your own mixed media journal and any other drawing supplies such as colored pencils or pens.
