Tom French was born and brought up in Andover, MA, and is publishing his first book – The Gap Years: Climbing, Skiing, and the Journey Back in April 2026. The book is a non-fiction adventure story about conquering the highest mountains in the world, and also about rediscovering the passions – and abilities – of youth.
