Maple Sugaring Demonstration
Celebrate the arrival of spring and discover how maple syrup is made the “old-fashioned way”! This hands-on afternoon includes a presentation on the history of maple sugaring in our region, followed by the chance to experience the full syrup-making process—from collecting sap to boiling it down into sweet maple syrup.
This FREE program is demonstrated by Jackson maple syrup lovers Peter and Emily Benson.

The Friends of the Whitney Community Center (FWCC) are responsible for Whitney Community Center programming. Four times a year the FWCC produces a catalog of programming open to Jackson and surrounding communities residents and guests.
